P&C have a comprehensive range of precision engineering machinery and processes available, enabling us to provide a wide variety of services and solutions for our customers. All milling and turning equipment make use of CNC technology and our team of precision engineers operate a MASTERCAM system that provides assistance.
We also have two automatic bandsaws, this ensure an on-site facility for effective and accurate sectioning of bar or bundle stock. Our on-site forklift also assist in the operational duties of day-to-day activities within the workshop.
A wide variety of processes and finishing can be arranged through our approved, certified suppliers which enable us
to provide our customers with a complete finished product. Anodising, Heat Treatment, Electr Plating, Welding, etc. to name a few, this list is exhaustive so please get in touch with us if you have any queries.
As well as our CNC Machine Shop we have several manual milling and turning machines from which we are able to offer prototype and small batch work to exact standard and quality.
P&C has also invested in the following equipment - Beadblaster, Slotter and an Ultra Sonic Cleaner.
We are equipped with fully flexible CNC Turning Centres which have the capacity to machine complex precision turned components quickly, accurately and competitively.....more
