We are equipped with fully flexible CNC Turning Centres which have the capacity to machine complex precision turned components quickly, accurately and competitively.  All our machines have automatic magazine bar feeding equipment.  High speed turning coupled with commitment to the latest in CNC technology make us the choice for small to large batch production turning.  

All machine programmes are computer stored against part and issue number to ensure minimal set-up times for repeat orders.  Constantly working to fine tolerances and limits, gives an indication of the quality of our machines and experience of our precision engineers who have the knowledge of tooling and sophisticated manufacturing techniques.

   Barfeed  capacity 55mm  with sub-
   spindle and a 16 station tool turret
